Just Dev It is a two-founder software consultancy from Santiago, Chile, built on a simple
premise: mid-sized companies should not need a six-month enterprise program to get rid of
work a robot can do in seconds.

We are the team behind Data Inmobiliaria, a free public platform that indexes 9.5 million
Chilean properties. We built its entire pipeline ourselves — large-scale web scraping with
anti-detection, cleaning and cross-referencing of millions of records, and a map-based web
application — and it has been cited by national media such as CNN Chile and T13. That
platform is our living portfolio: everything we offer clients is technology we already run
in production at scale.

What we do for companies: robotic process automation (RPA) with Power Automate and Python —
at Pacific Hydro Chile, a renewable energy generator, daily operational reports that used
to take four hours of manual work now generate themselves. ERP/CRM integration — we
connected the Laudus ERP with Zoho CRM for a multi-company business group, eliminating
duplicate data entry across entities. Data engineering with PySpark, Databricks and Azure
Synapse. Applied AI (GPT-4, Claude, RAG) for document classification and extraction — we
shipped a document validation tool for Contego, a compliance firm, in one week. Executive
dashboards with Power BI and Metabase.
