Kappn Agency

Kappn Agency is the agency business of KAPPN SAS, based in Paris. It designs the websites and dashboards of real estate professionals in France: a website built on inbound principles that brings in sellers and buyers, and a dashboard where one AI agent per task prepares each negotiator’s work, connected to the agency’s CRM when its interface allows it. Each starts with an included audit, then is built with the client’s team or delivered turnkey. It also produces motion design videos. Since 11 August 2026, cold calling a private individual in France requires prior consent, so the website becomes the agency’s first salesperson. The website follows the seven building blocks of inbound marketing, from local SEO to proven consent, with a seller journey and a buyer journey. It is custom-built in Next.js, and the code and domain belong to the agency. The dashboard assigns each task to an AI agent: seventeen agents, seven for sales, eight for property management and two shared. It prepares work that the negotiator reviews and approves. Founder Florian Berthoud spent ten years in high-end real estate in Paris; co-founder Thomas specializes in AI applied to business processes.
