It was fate, or AOL, in 1995 that brought us together. From two different states, thousands of miles away from each other, we became friends in an AOL chat room. That friendship lasted four years before finally meeting in person. It continued when we married in 2004 and continues today! We started out together in California and moved to Nebraska in 2002.

After moving back to Nebraska, we both spent time in the corporate world. While challenging and fun, we both had the entrepreneurial bug. And after having family and friends asking for help with their computers either personally or at their place of business, it became obvious to us that we needed to start our own IT Support and IT Services business in Omaha.

We structured the business so that we could eliminate the common frustrations we heard so frequently from business owners when we first started out. Business owners were tired of unresponsive, fly by night, bubble-gum-and-band aid computer guys. YOU, the business owner, deserve a reliable network, a competent IT company and someone who will answer your phone or email on your timeframe, not theirs.
