AI writes the code. Experience decides whether it becomes a product. We have been building software since 2011, and we work in two ways. When we deliver your product, our project managers run the work, AI agents write the code, and our engineers decide what goes into your product. When we hire a dedicated team for you, engineers hired to your profile work inside your processes and take tasks from your CTO, tech lead, or product owner, while we are their employer and handle hiring, payroll, and retention.

Five clients started with a project and grew it into a dedicated team with us. Engineers on our dedicated teams stay with one client's product for 38 months on average.

From project to team, and back. We suggest the move ourselves once your product is ready for it, because by then it is the most cost-effective option for you. Kultprosvet stays the employer, and the engineer who built your product often becomes the first member of your dedicated team, with no interviews, no trial period, and no onboarding into the code. It works the other way too: a team you already have can get project capacity from us, such as mobile development, for as long as it is needed.

How we build with AI. On the projects we deliver, AI agents study your codebase before anything is written, and for new products and large features they propose several ways to build it. An engineer approves the approach before any code is written and reviews every change before it reaches your repository. Security comes first: API keys, passwords, and environment credentials are always blocked from the model.

Transparent dedicated teams. 12 dedicated teams work with our clients today. Our fee is a fixed monthly amount, not a percentage of salary, and the more developers you hire, the less it costs per developer. Your invoice lists each engineer's salary and our fee as separate lines, so when an engineer gets a raise, your bill grows by exactly the raise.

Over the past two years we went through AI adoption ourselves and rebuilt our workflows around AI, with the same experienced engineers. Most of our clients are in the US, the UK, and Israel, and our engineers work from several European countries, including Ukraine, Poland, France, Spain, and Portugal.
