VCT helps researchers to prevent duplicate or professional subjects from enrollment in clinical trials. They needed a solution that will help them to fulfill this task remotely and so they contacted Langate. We developed a platform that utilizes facial recognition and created apps that run on both iOS and Android. A full source code was later hosted on a VCT-owned source code repository.

Our client was in need of a Data ETL Platform that will help them to avoid duplicate records and typos, normalize data across a mixture of source systems, and download and transform data faster. We have managed to successfully complete all of the tasks through scalable data processing, automatic intelligent data analysis and matching algorithm tolerant of data variance, and a configurable semi-automatic mapping engine for data normalization.

Our solution functions as a plug-in module for the existing enterprise-wide platform and fulfills such tasks as monitoring, audit, and provisioning of the users. The product supports multiple domain controllers and forests, enables MS Exchange tasks automation for different versions, and creates an approval-based workflow.

At the moment, our client benefits from a significant reduction in employee setup time and a decrease in on/off-boarding effort and errors. They also noticed an increase in the level of satisfaction by customers and internal departments.
