Layer Sistem

Layer Sistem is an independent Turkish enterprise cloud provider founded in 2014, running its own server, storage and network infrastructure in the TI Sparkle Istanbul data center. It delivers managed virtual data centers (LayerCloud, with a customer-side virtualization console), enterprise flash storage, encrypted backup as an official Veeam Cloud Service Provider, 5651-compliant cloud logging (LayerLOG), and geo-redundant disaster recovery between its Istanbul and Bursa sites. Its defining focus is data sovereignty: customer data stays entirely within Turkey, providing infrastructure-level KVKK compliance. Unlike hyperscaler resellers, Layer Sistem is a boutique, fully managed platform where customers reach engineers directly, not a call center. It serves regulated Turkish enterprises across finance, public sector, healthcare and media that need enterprise-grade performance with local data residency and no vendor lock-in.
