Professional team that was easy to work with and communicated well throughout.

We needed outbound support to break into the US and UK markets for our B2B software solution. The target audience was retail businesses using specific ERP systems, which made the ICP fairly niche.Leadium handled the full program including prospect research, messaging, and SDR execution across cold calling and email. The team was upfront early on about the data challenges around our targeting criteria and worked with us to find a viable approach before launching.Communication throughout was clear and responsive. Good experience overall for an international company trying to build pipeline in new markets.

Solid outbound partner that gets up to speed fast and runs a clean program.

We operate in a niche B2B market where most target prospects aren't actively searching for a solution. The challenge going in was finding the right contacts and getting a technical value proposition to land in a way that actually made sense to buyers.

Leadium built out the full outbound program from scratch... ICP definition, prospect research, messaging sequences, and SDR execution across cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn.

The messaging they developed was specific to our space rather than generic, which was the main concern before starting. Reporting was consistent throughout and the team was easy to work with. Qualified meetings started coming through within the first few weeks of launch.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They didn't need much hand-holding. Handed over the brief, they ran with it. Messaging was relevant to our space which isn't always a given with agencies like this.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Took a few weeks to dial in the targeting at the start but that's pretty standard for this type of work. Nothing major.
