CA24 Mobile is a modern banking app of Credit Agricole Bank Polska dedicated to retail clients. It's probably one of the biggest apps in Flutter in the world. The development team consisted of 25+ Flutter Developers working to build the next-generation iOS and Android applications.

Credit Agricole Bank Polska decided to become one of the leaders in digital banking. Their new application offers a unique customer experience and user interface. As a result, customers can manage their finances faster and conveniently - entirely remotely. The scope of work was divided into 12 squads, with different teams being responsible for selected parts of the customer journey. Two squads were non-functional and dedicated to supporting and managing the entire app framework.

The client needed a modern, reactive, and design-focused solution that would allow them to create apps for multiple platforms and chose Flutter as the best solution. ContentBox is the product tailored for the content creation process at Maspex, which is the biggest private company in Poland and one of the main grocery producers in Central and Eastern Europe, operating in more than 60 countries.

This product brings clarity into the process and helps to track the changes and new versions of the content, which are exchanged between the marketing and brand managers and the interactive agencies, media houses, and PR agencies working with them.

This tool streamlines communication by incorporating the necessary information, such as the brand details, channels of communications, release schedule, budgeting, and other relevant components. Currently, all the communication within more than 30 brands is managed by specialized marketing teams at Maspex using this product.

Future Collars is an e-learning platform that allows conducting of intensive, interactive courses led by mentors during daily webinars and virtual sessions. This platform meets the needs of the modern labor market by offering a flexible and effective e-learning model for individuals and corporations.

We started with service design workshops which allowed us to understand the needs and goals of the project. We discovered that several parts of the final product were related to the existing technologies, and there was no need to reinvent the wheel from scratch. Therefore in our final recommendations, we decided to build an environment equipped with three tools widely used by developers: VS Code, Rocket Chat, and ZOOM app for video conferencing.

To distinguish Future Collars from other e-learning platforms, LeanCode introduced an element of gamification. Thanks to this solution, it offers complex online educational courses, making them more scalable and accessible to a greater audience.

We developed two applications: STERYLIS, an Internet-connected device management app, and STERYLIS Pure, a Bluetooth companion app for the client's sterilizing devices, both using the Flutter framework. The STERYLIS app required features for tenant selection, device metadata editing, and real-time display and configuration of device information. STERYLIS Pure was designed for device control, including discovery, connection, and operation over a custom protocol, while ensuring a seamless user experience despite Bluetooth intricacies.

The scope of work for the ScanPay project involved developing a sophisticated web application and its supporting backend infrastructure aimed at transforming the restaurant dining experience through advanced digital integration. 

Our team was responsible for creating a user-friendly platform that allows diners to efficiently browse menus, order food, and process payments directly from their smartphones after scanning a QR code provided at their tables.

Key tasks included integrating the app with the existing POS system and a payment gateway through APIs, ensuring real-time synchronization of menu data. We also developed a feature for group ordering, allowing multiple users to join a shared cart by scanning a QR code, with real-time updates and simplified final payment.

We were asked to rebuild the product that had already been on the market. Our task was to build a new web application for Prospector with a seamless User Experience and consistent User Interface. Additionally, the new Platform required a payment tool for subscriptions and billing. Our client took advantage of our IT Consulting service, so the scope of work included both the development of the app, the analysis of current processes, and a proposal of the new solutions.

Mindy would like to follow suit and address the mental needs of employees as a benefit. Mindy is a mindfulness app that allows users to relax and meditate with great content.

LeanCode was asked to build a state-of-the-art mobile application for iOS and Android. For this project, we have chosen the Flutter framework for mobile app development and .NET Core for the server side. The web-based admin app was built using ReactJS. Using this tech stack, we could focus on the biggest challenge, i.e., providing the unique ease of experiencing the mindfulness app comparable to the very high market standards.

Thanks to cooperating with LeanCode on this project, our Client received the fully functional system together with the infrastructure configuration for commercializing their mental health program. The Audio Bible is an audiobook in the form of a radio play launched in February 2015 - lasting about 110 hours, being an audio adaptation of the most popular book in the world - the Holy Bible. This platform offers access to high-quality 3D recordings via a subscription payment model. It contains over 5000 tracks available in 3 languages.

The earlier version of the Audio Bible app used a partly customed solution from the Audioteka platform. However, it didn’t meet our client's requirements due to inefficient further development. Therefore, we had to start from scratch. Their main goals were: to change the payment model from a one-time purchase to a subscription model, to enable the client to manage prices depending on the user’s location (territory-specific prices), and to implement the possibility of using gift codes.

LeanCode created a platform that can be further improved and developed when needed. Our structure allows entering new markets with different languages of content and gives almost endless flexibility regarding pricing adjustments.

Virium is a SporTech platform for organizing amateur leagues and tournaments. This competition app helps players to keep track of their team's progress in the tournaments, their place in the league table, and the results of previous games.

We developed a management module for game organizers to configure flexible game systems and the Virium Score application for collecting live match statistics. This eliminates the need for paper match minutes, streamlining data entry into CMS systems of their websites. Quittercheck is a tool for those who want to quit smoking. Users commit to stopping smoking for a desired amount of time and declare the amount of money they will be charged if they fail. What is unique about the Quittercheck app is that it uses modern media, such as video - recorded by the user - to fight addiction.

LeanCode was asked to prepare an app that supports and automates collecting videos performed while doing a nicotine test. The app had to be available on both iOS and Android, so naturally, we picked Flutter for mobile and .NET for the backend. This project also required designing and implementing a video recording and upload process. We also created an admin app that lets administrators review users' videos and manage their payments.

LeanCode helped limit the scope of work to release the app in an iterative and timely manner. We proposed and implemented integration with the shipping & procurement provider to fully automate the order process.

Clicket (previously known as Discoarmor) is an InsurTech platform that enables students to get their insurance in an easy way without the time-consuming process of preparing insurance documentation. 

This insurance-selling app is designed for Polish and foreign students who want to take care of their safety during travel and student exchanges abroad. Polish students are able to choose travel and accident insurance. For foreigners, there are special health insurance offers so they can feel even more secure in a foreign country.

The app meets the basic need for safety so that people can fully focus on their trips, studies, and careers. What is more, users can tailor the insurance according to their needs, choosing the scope of insurance, its period, travel destination, and additional packages- they can also insure their families, friends, and colleagues.

Welliba’s project aimed to expand their platform from a previous proof of concept, starting from scratch with a collaboration between LeanCode and Welliba's internal development team. The project scope included building the app's backend and infrastructure, a mobile application, and four web applications, all utilizing technologies like .NET, Azure, React, and Flutter. A significant focus was placed on data privacy and security, internationalisation for multiple languages, and smooth user authentication through magic links.
