OUR STORY

LHV Software is a software development and outsourcing company based in Vietnam.

For over 20+ years, we have been using technology to transform ideas into measurable success for our clients and have been trusted to provide software solutions for enterprises all over the world.

LHV is the abbreviation for “Lữ Hoàn Việt” in Vietnamese, which means “Returning to Vietnam”. The name came to Founder & CEO Hung Pham as he embarked on his journey to return home after years of studying and working in the Czech Republic. In English, it can be read as “Lead Hope to Vietnam”, which embodies his vision to cultivate the IT industry and create more opportunities for software engineers in his motherland.

The story began in 2004. Recognizing his capability and transparent personality, Systinet - a software firm in the Czech Republic - appointed Mr. Hung to lead Systinet’s branch in Vietnam. Eventually, it became an independent software outsourcing company in 2007 and was officially named LHV Software, reflecting his dream when returning home. LHV Software continued to partner with some of the biggest global IT enterprises such as HP (Hewlett-Packard), TriNet, and GoodData afterwards. With its integrity and transparent working process, LHV Software has established trust and retained these clients for 10+ years.
