Limelight is an SAP Business Integrator — a category we coined for the independent, client-side partner that leads an SAP transformation on behalf of the organisation buying it, separate from the systems integrator delivering the build.

Most organisations running an S/4HANA programme face a structural problem: they are spending tens of millions over several years with an internal team that has never run a transformation of this scale, against an SI that has run dozens. That asymmetry is the biggest source of cost overrun, delay, and failure in enterprise SAP. The client is outgunned in the room where the decisions that matter most get made.

Limelight closes that gap. We sit on the client's side of the table and provide the senior programme leadership, governance, change and data management and SI management an internal team cannot supply alone. We have incentive other than the client's outcome: on time, on budget, delivering the benefits the programme was approved to deliver.

Our directors have run large-scale SAP programmes from inside the major integrators and from the client side, so they know exactly where programmes drift and what good programmes look like in practice. The people who lead our engagements are the people who do the work — not a senior name at the pitch and a junior team in delivery.
