Your staff work directly with your business. You set priorities, assign tasks and review their work. Lynk handles recruitment, Philippine employment, payroll, HR, office space, equipment and local IT support.

Our monthly fee covers the employee and these support services. Clients provide specialist software licences, with setup costs and the refundable deposit explained before hiring.

We also offer recruitment-only and Employer of Record services for businesses that need a different level of support.
