Designing Brand Impact Through Strategy & Innovation

Maaketto operates at an unusual intersection — brand strategy, event production, and AI-powered marketing — disciplines most agencies treat as separate practices.

Founded in France in 2018, we expanded into Dubai in 2023 to lead our Middle East operations. Today, 40+ collaborators deliver across 16 countries with a consistent methodology: strategic depth combined with disciplined production.

Our work spans global FMCG brand identity systems, automotive technology platforms with custom valuation algorithms, aerospace event programmes, luxury hospitality launches, and AI-powered fintech product design. Recent published methodology covers AI search visibility (Generative Engine Optimisation), corporate event run-of-show frameworks, and AI marketing stacks calibrated for UAE small businesses.

What makes Maaketto different in the GCC market: we ship full-stack outcomes, not isolated deliverables. A brand engagement comes with the digital infrastructure to support it. An event comes with disciplined run-of-show authoring and contingency planning. An AI marketing system comes with measurable performance frameworks and team training.

Bilingual delivery in English and Arabic. Strong French capability across the team. Premium positioning, accessible to ambitious brands at any scale.

Financial & Payments

Monetix is an AI personal finance application designed for GCC expats, built end-to-end by Maaketto from positioning through product design through mobile app development. The product covers AI-powered budgeting, debt management, and financial planning.

Personal finance products combine three demanding constraints: financial data security and accuracy, regulatory sensitivity around financial advice boundaries, and audience-specific design. GCC expats have distinct circumstances around taxation, remittance, savings strategies, and cross-border income that mainstream finance tools don't address. Adding AI as a primary interface adds an additional layer of design and engineering complexity.

The product is built on a modern mobile stack: React Native with Expo for cross-platform delivery, TypeScript throughout, and Supabase for backend infrastructure. AI capabilities use Claude and other large language models, integrated through carefully designed prompt and orchestration layers that respect financial-advice boundaries while still delivering useful, personalised guidance.

Design uses a premium pastel banking aesthetic — navy (#1C2E4A), lime (#C8F5C2), with strict consistency rules across onboarding and core screens. The engagement demonstrates Maaketto's capability to take an AI-first product from concept through full design and engineering — not just consulting on AI strategy but actually shipping.

Nelya, a UAE-based clothing brand, partnered with Maaketto for brand strategy and complete identity work to support the brand's launch and growth in the competitive Dubai fashion market.

The UAE clothing market is saturated with both regional and international players. A new entrant needs sharp positioning, a recognisable visual signature, and identity assets that scale cleanly from physical retail to e-commerce to social commerce — each with its own design constraints.

Maaketto built Nelya's brand from positioning research forward, defining the audience, the brand's core promise, and the specific aesthetic territory it occupies. The identity system covers logo, typography, colour, and a flexible visual language that performs across e-commerce, social media, packaging, and physical retail. Bilingual execution in English and Arabic was designed in from the start, reflecting the realities of the UAE market.

Nelya entered the UAE market with a coherent brand foundation positioned for sustainable growth. The engagement adds to Maaketto's portfolio of UAE-based fashion and consumer brand work.

Maaketto built the brand and identity system for Misaki, a Moroccan cosmetics company. The engagement covered positioning through to a complete identity system designed for retail presence and digital execution.

The cosmetics category is saturated globally, and Moroccan-origin brands face the additional challenge of differentiating internationally without flattening their cultural authenticity. The brand needed positioning specific enough to win attention, and an identity that read as confidently contemporary while honouring its origin story.

We developed a positioning framework anchored in the brand's specific origin and ingredient story, then built a complete identity system: logo, typography, colour, packaging language, and digital application kit. The visual system was designed to perform on both shelf and screen, with bilingual French/Arabic execution for the Moroccan and broader MENA market.

Misaki launched with a coherent brand and identity system across all primary touchpoints, positioned for category-relevant differentiation in a competitive cosmetics market. The engagement reinforced Maaketto's regional cosmetics and consumer goods experience.

Le Tableau Blanc, a Montréal-based cultural brand, engaged Maaketto for combined strategy and event production work — a recurring event series alongside foundational brand articulation to support growth beyond the founding team's network.

Cultural brands operate with specific audience economics. Events need to feel authentic to the cultural community rather than corporate, while still being produced with the discipline that prevents disappointment. The brand also needed sharper articulation to support partnerships and audience expansion.

Maaketto applied a calibrated version of our run-of-show methodology — appropriate to cultural-venue scale but rigorous about transitions, cue management, and audience flow. On the strategy side, we worked with the Le Tableau Blanc team to articulate positioning clearly: who the brand is for, what it stands for, and how that translates into recurring programming.

Multiple event editions ran with consistent production quality. The strategic work gave the team a clearer foundation for growth and partnerships in the Montréal cultural scene. Bilingual delivery in French and English throughout the engagement.

Henkel — the global consumer goods company behind Loctite, Pritt, Persil, Schwarzkopf, and Dial — partnered with Maaketto for the strategic positioning and pan-European launch of a new adhesive product line within their existing portfolio architecture.

The strategic challenge: differentiate a new line enough to capture a fresh audience segment without diluting the Henkel parent brand. Cross-market launch coordination required localised creative while maintaining brand discipline across European markets.

Maaketto developed a positioning framework that placed the new line as Henkel's contemporary entry point — accessible, design-forward, and resonant with how a younger generation engages with household and creative DIY. The identity system extended Henkel's existing visual language with a more open execution. Launch creative rolled out simultaneously across digital, retail, and packaging touchpoints with rigorous brand governance.

The product line launched on schedule across all planned European markets with consistent brand expression. The engagement strengthened Maaketto's track record with global FMCG brands and demonstrated our capacity to operate inside the brand systems of a major consumer goods leader.

For Stellantis — the global automotive group operating 14 brands including Peugeot, Citroën, Jeep, Fiat, and Maserati — Maaketto built a complete vehicle trade-in solutions platform combining custom algorithm engineering, technology infrastructure, and consumer-facing web design.

The valuation algorithm processes thousands of vehicle variants against real-time market signals, regional pricing dynamics, and condition factors to produce a single confident trade-in offer. Engineering had to scale to enterprise traffic levels and integrate seamlessly with Stellantis's existing digital and dealer ecosystem.

The consumer journey was designed to balance trust signals with frictionless completion. Users see transparent data sources, methodology explanations, and the dealer network behind their offer — preventing the abandonment that plagues most online trade-in tools.

Three capability layers integrated as one workflow: algorithm logic, full-stack engineering, and brand-grade UX. Built on React, Next.js, and headless CMS with custom backend algorithmic services and enterprise dealer integration.
