We are outsourcing our software development to Macadamian. They are developing with a team of developers several plugins for us. It is great to work with them, they are highly reactive, engaged, proactive and very talented in what they are doing. We are looking into a long-term cooperation and could not do better.

Macadamian has been a dependable vendor for Clever Devices since 2016. We originally approached Macadamian to help us with a development project with an aggressive schedule that we could not adequately staff with current resources. This short-term project turned into a long-term valuable relationship that has grown based on our development needs.

Over the years, Macadamian has augmented our development staff with a quality set of engineers and services. They are not a resource shop, but instead a software development company that can participate in the entire development process (concept, design, implementation and test).

Macadamian's development staff has proven to be very flexible and a very good cultural fit for us. Their team members easily adapted to our Agile/Scrum process instead of asking us to conform to their development methodology. Their developers are also very easy to work with and well-liked by our internal development staff.

We have found Macadamian's engineers to be very skilled and able to produce high-quality software. Macadamian brought to the table a team that was very well versed in our C#/.Net/Web technology stack and hit the ground running from day one which meant there was no need to train them on how to develop software.

Macadamian developers are also very comfortable working remotely with our internal development teams. There was no productivity loss due to not being located in the same facility as our core teams.

We have found team turn-over with Macadamian to be very low. This is a very important trait for us in a solid vendor. Training new developers on the application code-base is a very expensive undertaking. The low turn-over allows us to maximize on our time investment and has been key in our long-term relationship.

Finally, Macadamian's sales staff has been a pleasure to work with over the years. They listen to our needs and have always been very accommodating with our requests. They are very professional and not looking to constantly upsell us on additional services.
