Overall, they have been great. Like with any big project, there were initial teething problems as both sides wrapped their hands around the project. After that, smooth sailing. When there are issues, they are responsive in dealing with them and have good communication to have a call/email when there are questions. One really good thing has been them looking at the data, finding issues, and then asking about it. That brought out some issues that we missed and were able to address. Also, they can pivot if they need to. We had an architecture issue where one approach was tried. When that wasn't going to work out, they pivoted to a different architecture that is working great.
