Excellent collaboration and team work with expertise
The excellent collaboration with MapCore softech LLP. The team was very disciplined and expert in new tech stacks. We are very happy they delivered the project in timely manner. The phase-wise strategy was awesome to see our project shaped from the first week. I would love to work again with the team in future. Though the MapCore softech LLP is a newly formed company, but the expertise they have, and the values they driven are commendable. We did not feel we are working with the new team. Highly experienced team with deep understanding of the IT industry standards.

Describe your project in brief
This is the in house project for the CRM activity for the consumer base of our valued customers. It is a lightweight intra web portal which requires customer to login and check the daily activity and manage the contacts, leads, payments so on.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Their values towards the client. How to deliver the promised assignments on time with no glitch on the client satisfaction along with their employees wellbeing.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
The only cons which we face was the Accountancy part. We faced few small glitches on payments to employees, the accountant systems were not available in few instances. They have though improved on it.
