FuseGIS is a US real estate company famous for its unified GIS mapping product which provides valuable insights to make real estate decisions through toggled data layers and pop-ups. They partnered with Mappitall to develop software that allows deep GIS data analysis of all tax parcels and properties within Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio, TX.

Mappitall helped to:

• collect, analyze, and generate up-to-date sets of cartographic data of Tax Parcels & Properties from different sources

• define relationships between Tax Parcels and additional spatial layers based on topological melts

• implement a web portal with separate maps for each of the four MSAs (Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio)

• display spatial data by layers, such as Jurisdiction and Location, Floodplain and Water, Cases and Permits, Zoning, etc.

• allow for extensive filtering and accurate measurements on the map.

Utiligize is a Danish company that makes data-driven asset management programs based on 2030/2040 EV, battery, wind, and solar forecasts. The company collaborates with Mappitall on an ongoing basis to develop a whole new way of visualizing data, which comes from cables, stations, cabinets, transformers, street lights, etc.

The key objectives of Ugilitize are to improve investment decision-making that cuts costs by 25% compared to the status quo and balance costs and system reliability. So Mappitall has come up with a brand new optimized technological platform for:

• analysis of as-is state and predictions

• accounting of assets electricity consumption

• management & maintenance of assets, such as cables, stations, cabinets, transformers, street lights, etc.

SolarPlus is a Australian company that manufactures, markets, and develops Amorphous Silicon Thin Film solar modules and provides PV solutions. The company needed to obtain maximum power generation with minimum equipment costs in line with international and state standards.

Mappitall developed a GIS spatial analysis and graphic design toolkit for industrial and domestic use. The toolkit allows to:

• select the optimal number of PVs, taking into account the load on the power system

• choose the best arrangement of panels in terms of visual appeal and tech features of the structure

• select the most illuminated areas of the roof for installing panels considering its exposure and angle of inclination

• choose the optimal layout of equipment, considering the angle of inclination of solar panels

• calculate the cost for various schemes of PV installation
