Maximum Billing LLC

Maximum Billing, LLC is a medical, dental, and behavioral health billing and credentialing company founded in 2018 by Gina Abrotsky-Salvatore, CPCS, MHT, who brings more than 20 years of experience in insurance billing and revenue cycle management. The company is based in Fort Myers, Florida, and its certified billing and coding specialists work remotely for practices in Florida, Texas, Georgia, Colorado, Illinois, Missouri, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

We handle the full revenue cycle or just the part a practice needs: insurance eligibility and benefits verification, coding review and clean claim submission, payment posting, denial management and appeals, accounts receivable follow-up, patient statements, and credentialing and payer enrollment. We work inside the existing software each practice already uses, including SimplePractice, Sessions Health, TherapyNotes, and InSync for behavioral health practices, and Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, and Open Dental for dental practices.

Every client signs a Business Associate Agreement, and every team member completes HIPAA certification. As of 2026, claims for our clients reach a 91 percent clean claim rate, and their accounts receivable average 34 days.
