Review Summary

We've engaged with MB before, and had minimal success. We have 2 inside sales reps who have come from MB and decided to try them again. In short, they are far too rigid in their approach to be of any value, and we are now out nearly $20k with no ROI. We tried to overcommunicate and properly onboard our rep, but Phoenix, our delivery manager, played hardball with us and essentially ruined any ongoing relationship. Buyer beware.
