Our Client’s Urgent & Family Care clinic provides walk-in medical care for all your non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. The clinic is located in Palatine, IL.  
Urgent Care clinics in the US respond to the public need for convenient access to unscheduled medical care. It was critical for the clinic owner to create an online presence as quickly as possible to get noticed by a larger audience,  and reflect its patient-centric approach, and support its ambitious growth goals.

The project team implemented an agile development approach, prioritizing essential features and collaborating closely with our client to meet tight deadlines.

By focusing on key functionalities such as online appointment booking, treatment information, and COVID-19 updates, the team ensured that the most impactful elements were developed and implemented first.

 One-click access to information about available treatments, coupled with clear and straightforward calls-to-action were implemented to facilitate a positive user experience  

Website seamlessly integrated a one-click appointment booking feature. Users could easily transition from learning about a specific treatment to scheduling an appointment with the clinic.

Telemeds+ is a telemedicine application which we delivered to healthcare clinic owner.

The application seamlessly integrated patient data management, ensuring HIPAA compliance and data integrity. It facilitated virtual consultations, allowing patients to easily schedule and attend appointments online, thus improving accessibility and convenience.

Our team conducted extensive research and created wireframes to validate the concept. Technical challenges included ensuring data integrity, integrating patient information securely, and achieving HIPAA compliance.
