MH Billing Services, LLC was established in August 2015 and became a limited liability company in the state of Virginia in March 2016. Waqia Richardson initiated her journey in the mental health field in December 2011 and realizing there was a pronounced need for medical billing providers who specialize in mental health billing. MH Billing Services, LLC’s endeavor began with a medium-size private mental health provider and our clients have predominantly increased through referrals. Subsequently, just as our clients have increased, so has our number of highly qualified staff.

We pride ourselves our hiring staff members who have a background in the human services field and medical billing so our clients have the ability obtain essential knowledge from both aspects of the business. Collectively our staff has at least 10 years of experience in these fields. MH Billing Services, LLC believes in cultivating relationships and building trust with our clients from the very first time we initiate contact. Our staff are always transparent and honest in all that’s done.
