Mindcat Technology Consultants FZE

Mindcat is a Salesforce consulting partner, founded in 2022 and run from desks in the UAE, India and the US. We implement Salesforce, rescue projects that stalled, and connect it to the systems a business already runs. We put AI agents to work on one named process at a time: Agentforce when the work lives in Salesforce, a custom stack when it does not. In the Gulf we set up WhatsApp agents that answer in Arabic and English, set up Slack for teams that run decisions in WhatsApp groups, and host business apps in the UAE, from delivery dispatch to e-signature. Founder Shivanath Devinarayanan has been a Salesforce MVP since 2014 and was inducted into the MVP Hall of Fame in 2022. Every engagement starts with a written assessment.
