Mixtazure is a Romanian SEO agency from Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Patrik Rojan and Alexandru Drimba founded Mixtazure in early 2023.

Mixtazure offers all specific types of services in the area of search engine optimization, such as: On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Local SEO, etc. The agency's clients are mainly from Romania, but there is always the possibility of collaboration with foreign clients who speak English.

Optimizing Existing Contract & Service Pages

We started by optimizing the on-page SEO of existing Service pages and Contract Templates, as these are the most important for the business (they generate revenue). We optimized SEO Tags, Headings, UX & UI elements, internal links, etc. In short, we adapted their structure to improve rankings + conversion rate.
 

Optimizing Existing Blog Articles & Internal Linking

We also went through existing Blog articles and optimized their content + sent internal links to Service/Contract Template pages (link signals & user funnel). The articles were already written on topics adjacent to the services/products offered, being a good method to attract users who are closer to conversion.
 

WordPress Optimizations and Implementations

After conducting the technical audit, we began fixing the issues found + made the necessary content/template changes + also optimized loading speed. The implementations were made in WordPress (the CMS used by LegalZen).
 

Creating Foundational Backlinks

On the link building side, our focus was dedicated to creating foundational backlinks (without paid links). We built backlinks on a varied mix of sites, the goal being to have a decent base of links for Googlebot. All links were sent to the Homepage using branded anchor text. (also helps with Entity SEO signals)
 

What Results Did We Achieve for LegalZen?

Together with the LegalZen team, we managed to increase the number of contracts sold and doubled the revenue generated from organic traffic attracted by the website. We managed to improve organic positions for relevant keywords, obtaining good positions on the first page (even though we didn't have a dedicated budget for link building).

Optimizing Existing Category (Collection) Pages

A main focus was optimizing Collection pages, starting with SEO Tags, and continuing with Above/Below the Fold Content. The content is optimized to provide the clearest and most contextual information (for each product category). Title Tags are designed without fluff, mentioning exactly what can be found on a Collection page.
 

Optimizing Existing Blog Articles & Writing New Articles

We went through existing Blog articles and re-optimized their content + sent internal links to Collection pages and Product pages (link signals & user funnel). We also continued writing new Blog articles, most of them designed to attract traffic from searches that are closer to conversion. (hi there affiliates)
 

Disavow + Cloudflare Implementation as CDN (Extra Protection)

The domain was hit by a ton of spammy backlinks, most coming from scraper websites used by Black Hat SEOs to generate doorway pages (negative link signals are real, anchor texts matter!). We created a Disavow TXT file, then recrawled all spammy backlinks from the Disavow list again (we didn't wait for Googlebot). And to limit web scraping in the future, we configured Cloudflare as DNS, and we use their anti-scraping systems + custom WAF rules.
 

Constant Link Building (free & paid)

Because the domain had a major drop in organic positions due to those tens of thousands of backlinks with spammy anchor text (over optimized exact/partial matches), we also started monthly link building campaigns. (depending on the budget allocated by the client for that respective month) Mainly, we focus on websites with real organic traffic from Romania + we also used our internal database of sites where we can create free profiles (for extra diversification in the backlink profile, keep it natural for Google).
 

What Results Did We Achieve for Roll Fast?

We managed to recover a substantial part of the domain's organic traffic (pre-September 2023 levels), and we continue with SEO implementations to grow on other relevant organic terms/topics.

Considering the competition (sites like eMag) the domain has good organic visibility, and through link building campaigns + new relevant content we will continue fighting for top SERP positions.

Optimizing Existing Service Pages

Existing Service pages were optimized with the goal of being relevant for local searches (i.e., queries that include Cluj / Cluj-Napoca). We optimized SEO Tags and page content. We also made some edits at the page template/UX level using Elementor and ACF.
 

Optimizing Google Business Profile

Being a local business, most potential clients come from the GBP profile + from searches with local search intent and searches on Google Maps. We optimized the profile with the goal of providing more relevant information about their business. Meanwhile, we also created some citations on 3rd party websites, to give a boost on the authority/link signals side as well.
 

Setting up GA4 Account

There was no tracking set up for GA4 at all, they had remained with the old UA tracking. We configured the GA4 account to be able to monitor traffic & performance. We then also created a custom Looker Studio report to be able to explain performance metrics to the client as clearly/simply as possible. (keep it simple stupid, not everyone knows SEO slang)
 

Technical Optimizations in WordPress

We fixed several technical issues such as: noindex on redundant/valueless pages, speed optimization, updating outdated plugins, installing and configuring RankMath, etc. Since the website is relatively small in terms of number of pages and complexity, we made sure we have a good crawling & indexing foundation for Googlebot.
 

What Results Did We Achieve for New Shape?

We had a short collaboration of only 3 months, but the results are visible. The New Shape domain continues to grow, without any other implementations made since the completion of our collaboration. The center constantly receives conversions from organic channels (website or Google Business Profile), with organic traffic being the largest channel. They don't do paid ads, the investment in SEO services being a calculated one, with long-term ROI.

Creating New Service Pages

Since the website and clinic are relatively new, a focus has been (and continues to be) creating new landing pages for the services offered. The structure of these pages is designed to provide good UX, and the content is optimized to achieve good rankings for searches with local search intent (i.e., for keywords with "Brașov").
 

Writing Blog Articles

In addition to creating new Service pages, we started writing Blog articles on informational topics. The content was written by a specialist doctor, with us providing the article structure and on-page SEO optimizations. The purpose of the articles is to increase topical authority + send positive engagement signals to Google.
 

WordPress Optimizations & Custom Schema

After conducting the technical audit, we began fixing the issues found + optimizing loading speed. We implemented the changes in WordPress (the CMS used by ArtMedica). We used RankMath to configure custom schema code, focusing on LocalBusiness, Service, and FAQPage schema types.
 

Link Building (free & paid)

We started by creating profiles on different types of websites. These aim to build a decent base of backlinks, directed to the Homepage with branded anchor text. After some time, we also moved to publishing paid advertorials on relevant sites (that have traffic + are topically related).
 

What Results Did We Achieve for ArtMedica?

Together with the ArtMedica team, we managed to bring the clinic to the top organic positions for relevant keywords in the Brașov area. Most Service pages are displayed in top positions, both for classic organic results (10 blue links) + for local/Google Maps results.

The website generates monthly conversions (forms, phone calls, etc.), and we indirectly help paid ads and social media strategies through the content created.
