Modo Networks has provided managed IT, cybersecurity and compliance support to Dallas-Fort Worth businesses since 2008.

We work with small and mid-sized organisations in manufacturing, distribution and warehousing, construction, plumbing wholesale and professional services. For some clients our team becomes the IT department. For others we work co-managed, extending an internal IT person with help desk overflow, after-hours cover, specialist expertise and project hands.

Services include managed IT with 24/7 proactive monitoring, layered cybersecurity, network security, Microsoft 365, cloud migration to Azure or AWS, backup and disaster recovery, IT support and help desk, and IT consulting on a fractional CTO basis.

On compliance, we handle the IT infrastructure side of CMMC readiness, PCI DSS, HIPAA and SOC 2. Modo Networks is not a C3PAO and does not issue certifications. We document what you have, close the gaps we can close, and stay in your corner when the assessor asks for evidence.

Our security approach is layered because no single tool stops every threat: endpoint protection, email security, network monitoring, employee training and incident response planning.
