Our specialty lies in servicing eCommerce businesses (predominantly in the United States) with a full-cycle suite of services, covering CX, Operations, Reputation Management, as well as the creation, design and maintenance of their website and Shopify store. We strive to leave our clients with the workload that they are most passionate about, resulting in unhindered growth and creative flow.

Our portfolio is capped at servicing 10 clients at any given moment. We do this in order to keep a razor-sharp focus and maximum attention to each of our clients and their needs.

Our pricing is structured so that the bulk of our fee (Roughly 70% of it) covers employee salaries, diferentiating us from our competitors on a cultural and ethical level, producing motivated, driven and committed teams for our clients and resulting in an average agent tenure of 4 years.

We do not have a minimum starting team size - we partner with companies we can wholly support and ideologically and culturally align with, regardless of their current bandwidth and workload.
