I always found Mandeep and his team to be extremely professional and skilled team. Mandeep possesses a wealth of knowledge especially in Connectwise Automate scripts and powershell. Mandeep has played a huge role in configuring and ongoing maintenance of our RMM. He has been a key player in a very important project for migrating clients from Ncentral to Connectwise Automate. This required lots of customisation to be setup in the existing platform. Mandeep used a combination of EDFs, scripts, Integration options and performed extensive testing prior to the rollout. The project also involved regularly interacting with different teams and ensuring their requirements were met. Apart from RMM we also hired services from MSPAssist for Autotask Administration, Ncentral RMM, ITGlue setup, Brightgauge Reporting, GemmB. They have always provided high quality deliverables and ensured to deliver services in time.
