The objective: a 360-degree vision to provide customers with quality support, a perfectly adapted solution and a real vision on their telecom infrastructure. Aware of the similarity of their approaches, Universal Connect and Iperlink united in 2016 under the name of Napsis to consolidate their positions, increase their strengths and bring their mission to the national level; while maintaining their proximity to their customers. Joined in 2020 by the Vivaction teams, Napsis is today establishing itself as a new company with values, which have been well established for many years.
