As a Co-founder and CTO of Ndimension Labs. In a career spanning 14+ years, I have played a significant part in building and delivering innovative technology and business solutions to many renowned organizations across the world. In addition to overseeing the technology strategy, I have been driving innovation through R&D activities and leveraging emerging technologies to bring the newest innovations to clients globally.

With my deep domain knowledge and technical expertise in AI, Mobility, Business Intelligence and IOT etc and experience in a range of technical head to operational roles, I have transformed high potential businesses into successful organizations.

What is the story behind starting this company?

I had a dream to be an Entrepreneur and run a show where people will join as a team and make a system that grows as a family and not as an individual. I felt in my past company where I did a job, there was something missing and it never motivated me. Challenges were always special to me which eventually helped me to start my own company.

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?

Our Company business model is always to make team and work under the same roof. So we have always worked with In-House Team with diversified skillful people.

How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?

The most important things that make us stand out from the other company are 100% transparent and seamless communication right from the customer Idea to the Development understanding. We have found that lots of the company fail to understand the customer needs and exaggerate with promises and finally crashed on the delivery. So we stick with our commitments and do not exaggerate and put customer in pain when we deliver the end product.

We cater to technology solutions, like eCommerce, Mobile applications, Web Application solutions, and Digital Marketing. Our customer retention is very high. It is nearly 80% of our customer's shares repetitive projects and discusses new ideas.

We are around 90% customer satisfaction rate in our service. We follow a simple process for the customer. As communication is the main area that we always maintain and work closely with customers to share periodic details and do weekly meetings which help customers to be a part of the team. We share the idea which always helps to make the end product better.
