Erik A. Nelson, J.D.- Mr. Nelson is an experienced Criminal Attorney. Mr. Nelson believes that is a lawyer’s duty to be his client’s champion in the arena. To defend his client’s rights and to achieve his client’s goals rather than to try and convince a client to accept a deal they do not want.

Mr. Nelson has spent his career representing the accused and handled all manner of criminal offenses from Super aggravated 1st degree felonies all the way down to Class B misdemeanors and gotten not guilties for his clients at every level.
