Nerdify

Nerdify is a nearshore engineering team in Managua, Nicaragua, founded in 2016. We are an official Laravel Partner and build and run Laravel, Node, Vue, React and React Native products for startups, with engineers who work US hours. Clients hire us for staff augmentation, product development, consulting, and AI features and agents.

Staff augmentation: Laravel, Node, Vue, React and React Native engineers join your team, work in your tools and report to you, billed hourly or monthly.

Product development: a pod builds the product end to end: web app, admin, iOS and Android apps with React Native, and one API.

Consulting: a two-week assessment and a written plan, then monthly advisory, technical leadership or Nerdify engineers doing the work.

AI features and agents: agents in your app, MCP servers, assistants on your content, and workshops.

We have worked with Laravel since 2016 and hold a 4.7 average across 68 Upwork reviews. Our clients are in the US, Canada, Europe and South America, and our hours (8 AM to 5 PM Managua time, UTC-6 all year) sit inside the US workday. We also run a training school in Managua.
