We initially had a company that built and tested the software, but once we brought the development in-house, we needed an IT outsourcing company global to take over the testing. Newwave Solutions was responsible for running test cases as we pushed out new code. They also reported back to us on any issues and worked with us to resolve them. They met deadlines and supplied strong project management. For an overall rating, I would give them 8/10. During the cooperation process, there were a few things I was not very satisfied with, for example, they often responded quite slowly during holidays in Vietnam. I think a global IT outsourcing company should prioritize communication and customer feedback first. However, the results made me very satisfied, so I still rate them 5 stars despite a few limitations.
