NextCTL

NextCTL is an AI-native agency built for businesses that want AI to produce results, not demos. Since 2022 we have combined two disciplines that usually live in separate firms: building intelligent systems and running the growth work that feeds them.

On the technology side, we design and ship custom AI agents, voice agents and AI receptionists, chatbots, generative AI and RAG applications, MCP servers and integrations that connect models to CRMs, ERPs, helpdesks and calendars. We also build custom software, SaaS platforms, MVPs and Next.js web applications, and we handle the cloud, DevOps and LLMOps work needed to run them reliably. After launch, our managed AI services monitor, evaluate and improve agents while keeping costs in check.

On the growth side, the same team runs AI SEO, answer engine and generative engine optimization, PPC on Google and Meta, content and social media, lead generation, conversion rate optimization, marketing analytics and CRM-based marketing automation.

We treat control as part of the product. Every agent works with scoped permissions, logs its actions and hands off to a person when it should. Projects move through five phases – discovery, strategy, build, deploy and optimize – with weekly demos during the build and a named lead on every engagement. Many clients begin with our AI Operations Audit, which maps workflows, finds where time and revenue leak and ranks what to automate first.

NextCTL operates as NextCTL LLC, registered in Delaware, which contracts with US clients under US jurisdiction, and NextCTL Ltd, which runs our engineering, design and growth hub in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We serve real estate, home services, healthcare, ecommerce and retail, SaaS startups and professional B2B firms across North America and Europe, and we also run RealtyCTL and BackendCTL.
