NKCS is a business process outsourcing provider based in Annotto Bay, St. Mary, Jamaica. Our work includes legal operations, customer contact, technical support, and structured administrative queues.

Clients provide the product knowledge and business rules. NKCS can work in client systems or help configure an approved operating stack for the programme. We manage recruitment, training delivery, attendance, frontline supervision, quality reviews, coaching, and operating reports.

The company was founded in 2019 and is led by CEO Roger Williamson. We prefer to demonstrate capability through a defined scope, a prepared launch, visible operating data, and honest communication about what needs improvement.
