North End Teleservices

Located in Northeast Omaha, Nebraska, North End Teleservices was founded in partnership with the Omaha Economic Development Corporation with a strong belief in urban development and the creation of jobs in the cities in which we live.

Omaha has a long, rich history which has played a key role in the development and growth of domestic and international contact centers.

Along with the history and Teleservices infrastructure, Omaha offers rich access to potential employees through its colleges and universities. The depth and breadth of experience includes everything from sales and service advocates, to your account and executive management teams.

Our management team played an instrumental role in developing contact center capabilities locally and globally by holding leadership roles in companies such as First Data Resources, Convergys, Carlson Companies, WATS Marketing, Matrixx Marketing, and Sitel. Their combined contact center experience spans over 50 years.
