Northbridge Contact provides dedicated, fully managed cold calling and sales agents for US solar, roofing and home improvement companies. Our agents call homeowners, set appointments, and open and close deals. We employ the agents and handle everything about them: hiring, training, team lead, quality assurance and reporting.

Every agent goes through a three-phase screening: we confirm cold calling experience and fluent English with US customers, test them on a live call, and finish with an interview with our owner. Clients can add an optional fourth meeting to meet the agent first.

We build our service around retention, so the same agents stay on your campaign and learn your business. If an agent leaves, we replace them and cover their cost until the new agent is in production. If an agent doesn’t log in on a day, you are refunded for that day. Our agents work in any time zone, and first-time clients can start with a 30-day pilot with 1 agent.

We also use AI tools to support the team. They help us check lead quality before agents call, prepare scripts and follow-up messages, and review calls, so more conversations turn into booked appointments and closed deals.
