Psychologically, people can deal with their animosity through the application by finding a resolution to their problem. They put everything together and we reviewed it all. During our get-to-know-you calls, they reviewed my background and grew to be close, like family.
They’ve been amazing. All the visuals were only in my head when I brought them the ideas, and Novalab. brought them all to life. They were very patient as I articulated my idea in the beginning, and the quality they’ve given me is outstanding. Also, they’ve coached me along and given me more energy than I was expecting. Describe your project in brief
I had an idea to stop the fighting and squabbling I would hear online, as it sometimes leads to real-world altercations and violence. I created an app that allows people to take their issues online and let social media resolve them.
All I had was an idea and pitch deck in my head, and Adrian and Zena captured everything that was in my head in an app. It will be live in the next three months.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Everybody comes on time to our calls and brings great energy. Even though this is my first time working with an app development company, I’ve felt comfortable throughout the project. They started to feel just like family after the second or third meeting. They’ll show me what they’ve done, and I’ll add my comments. It’s been a really great experience working with them.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
My only wish is that I would’ve hopped on a plane and met them in person already. I really want to take them all out to dinner to thank them for what they’re doing to me. There’s only really been one change that we had to make, and that was turning the cash-out function from a barcode to a QR code. This wasn’t a big deal, however.

We engaged Novalab to scope, design and develop a proprietary mobile app. Their involvement was pivotal to the successful development of our app, thanks to their deep knowledge of AI and general app development.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
NovaLab we’re thorough, diligent, responsive, considerate and extremely cooperative. They were always punctual with delivery and extremely competent, honest, and reliable. They present good value for money and you will certainly get a quality product from them.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
There was quite a bit of back and forth on the contract side of things. Intentions from both sides were in the right place just took a while to iron out the wording of a lot of details.

The purpose of the work was to develop a mobile research platform. This consisted of an administrative website to modify content, AWS server configuration, and native apps for both Android and iOS platform for users to receive research content and input data. It also included configuration of libraries to capture passive smartphone sensor data.

Describe your project in brief
To design the UI/UX of our mobile application. They worked with our marketing department to conduct consumer testing to design the correct UI/UX for the app. We then hired them to also build our first App to take to launch. We do not have any software/mobile developers in our company.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
How agile they are. They are quick to implement features and they seem to always be reachable and responsive to any of our needs. Their team was also very invested in our project.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
I can't think of anything at the moment. I don't think it's quite fair, but the team was not too familiar with hardware and live video streaming, so there were technical challenges we needed to overcome which took longer than I had hoped. This is a very niche need and we were also not paying accordingly.
