What Was the Problem?

3-1-5 wanted to transition from traditional marketing and focus more on digital, as well as reduce the marketing spend on press, radio, and other strategies. In order to do this, they wanted to engage with an experienced agency that understood the market and their business.

How Did We Resolve It?

3-1-5 immediately ceased radio advertising upon advice from novi, alongside reducing the amount of press in the newspapers and instead invested the same budget into digital marketing with novi. We began with SEO for their website, which required some extensive optimisation. This was our initial objective, promptly moving to launching of PPC campaigns once the pages were in place ready to ensure a high-quality score, as they had never run PPC previously
