With more than 350 implementations and more than 250 optimizations of existing client environments, our team of Zoho experts covers the full lifecycle: needs analysis and process mapping, Zoho One implementation (CRM, Books, Desk, Projects, Forms, Campaigns, Analytics and more), migrations from other systems, Deluge automation, integrations and hands-on training for users and administrators.

We also bring AI into everyday operations: Zia conversational agents for websites and SalesIQ, intelligent automation (call transcription, automatic CRM notes, personalized follow-ups) and the integration of AI assistants such as Claude with Zoho tools.

Beyond technology, our Alter ego par Nuagix division provides virtual administrative assistants and bookkeepers, so clients get both the technology and the people to keep it running.

We work 100% remotely across Quebec and Canada, deliver our expertise in French and English, keep client data hosted in Canada and help organizations comply with Quebec's Law 25. Meetings are held over Zoom.
