Our OKQA team operates in the software testing and QA sphere. Working under the slogan “More than just testing”, we provide manual software testing services, dedicate multi-qualified teams for product and service companies, help to set up QA processes in a team and deliver QA audit services for e-commerce projects, verifying their functionality, usability, stability and providing a detailed report with detected bugs and enhancement tips.
What is the story behind starting this company?
The idea behind this was to create a fully distributed QA team able to provide quality software testing services and build long-term cooperation with clients.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We have our own in-house team of QA Engineers from Junior to Senior levels.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Being a fully distributed team, we are more flexible in terms of specialist sourcing and the speed of starting QA activities. We have also developed our proprietary approach of two-factor product verification under the supervision of a QA manager on testing and management levels, as well as provide unique QA audit services for e-commerce solutions.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
Speaking of the industries we cater to, they are: E-commerce, Salesforce-related solutions, Startups, Information technology, Business services, Social, Travel and lifestyle, Transportation, and logistics.
Starting cooperation with clients, we aim to meet and, what’s even better, exceed all expectations and requirements for testing &QA they may have and establish long-term cooperation. Thus, I can say that the repetitive client ratio is about 95%.

Among the most demanded there are: Manual testing for web solutions, a Dedicated QA team, and QA audit for e-commerce.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Judging by the 5-star reviews and feedback we receive from our customers, it’s pretty high. In our case, close communication with customers is the key to meeting their needs and requirements. In addition, all testing activities are held under the close supervision of a QA manager. Thus, our customers get two-stage testing on the process management and direct testing levels, ensuring two-tier product verification.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
In terms of software testing and issues management, it depends on the project and whether the customer already uses any project management or issues tracking system. Having an extensive experience in the software testing sphere, we can either adjust or apply tools like Jira, Trello, and Mantis.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Also depends on the project and customer requirements. We’re flexible in this question. It can be either a fixed cost or a payment per milestone.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
To tell you the truth, if this is some innovative, promising, and interesting project that can affect and revolutionize the sphere it is developed for, the budget does not really matter. Yes, we take in projects that meet our basic budget requirements, which start from $1,000+.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
The hourly price range is $12-$25/h.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
Good question! My vision is that our team will continue to grow its expertise and specialize in software and hardware quality assurance, becoming one of the leading providers of independent QA audit services, not only for e-commerce but also for many other spheres. In the ideal case scenario, we remain to be a service company with extensive experience accumulated through these 10 years and shaped into a clear strategy for the services we provide and industries we serve, growing our fully distributed team with manual and automation QA engineers from all the world.
