Our project is a mobile money wallet that consists of a customer and Agent app.
we need to add the following segments to the mobile money wallet:
Merchants panel, International remittances, billing section, link bank account, recurring payments and bus booking.

As a development company we always make sure that we provide best service to every client. We provided this particular client all documents SRS everything at our end but the client wanted to reduce the contract price after the contract was signed. The reason was that our company was delayed just 15 days in completing the project, some times there are technical challenges during development we get stuck in an issue and things doesn’t work as planned. We conveyed this to the client and provided them proof of the delay. Client didn’t agreed anything and threatened to leave a negative review if we don’t give the contract price reduction from $25,000 to $8,000. We took multiple calls but they wanted to reduce the contract by $10,000. We offered the client $10,000 worth of free support as a gesture but the client refused and wanted contract price reduction which we denied. Client threaten us to post a review if we don’t give them discounts. This is not how we work as a company Even after posting this review the client wants us to give positive review on the basis of price reduction which we are still denying. We are happy In leaving this review as negative and we would not entertain such unethical clients who will threaten us nor entertain such request in future. goodfirms.co is a good platform but sometimes it creates bigger Issues with the service provider as well when they aren’t in fault.

So far, every client of Omninos Solutions has been satisfied with our work, and we haven’t had any client disputes until now. We believe this review was posted out of frustration for having paid money to work with iOS 13. This new version had just recently launched, so their current vendor might have charged them extra for their services. Whenever new OS versions launch (iOS or Android), software solutions need to have a code update. This is nothing new—it’s the normal procedure. As for the encryption comment, we encrypt our code so that no hacker can access anything if they tried. Our method is based on high-standard coding, which makes it very difficult to make changes for all but the best developers. Since GoodFirms doesn’t release client data to vendors, we can’t confirm which client this is to properly address their concerns. However, we’d just like to say that, if this client comes back and contacts us directly, we’ll always strive to be helpful. But they’ll need to be mindful that we charge extra for technology upgrades or services beyond the scope of work.

Hi Nyron, We respect your believe in us that you recommended a client to us and we shared you the asked commission. Please don't mind as you were not a part of the project development you are not aware about the project terms. We delivered the project as per the client's requirements. and they started to change the design and requirements during the testing phase of the project. It is pretty obvious that clients don't have a clear vision of their project we helped your recommended clients in designing the flow of the project. But after making repetitive changes for about 1.5 months we still haven't received our payment. We stopped the development of project and asked for payment. We don't think asking for payment against the hardwork of our team mates should be called greed. This project was executed as per client's design and flow requirements and ended up with this design and application is live, which is giving huge traffic and profit too. Hope you understand, but I would like to suggest you one that, never keep hard working people money who makes your project successful.

I paid for a custom Tiktok clone.. but this company was sending to me a couple of changes that they were not part of my project details.

When i tried to claim for my REAL project details.. her developer GUNJAN didn't reply my messages. And after 15 days..she told me that her father passed away.. seriously??? If a developer is not available.. the company has to change to another developer.. but this company never did it.
After 30 days.. i didn't receive any progress.. only i received the simple changes of the beginning.
Now.. i am requesting a refund.. but they don't want to do it.. and the worst thing is that they used TRANSFERWISE. and i didn't know the with TRANSFERWISE t a refund is not possible.
So.. i am starting a big complaint on google..facebook.. twitter.. all the social accounts of this SCAMMERS’S COMPANY TO BE BLOCKED

We started your project and we given you complete working application as we agreed on 4000$, but just paying only 750$ and asking for source code is not real as well. If we given you milestones and we negotiated on that too. You have 75% payment is due and you are expecting that the app is launched and source code should be given before payment completion. A company always expect to make his customers happy and can support for long run. Apps like Tiktok clone required very dedicated support and skilled Team, that we have and we had given you best support. We delivered fist version in 2 weeks but agreement was of 4 weeks and 4000$. When we asked for next milestone payment, you delayed and asked for source code. This is your problem and you have to pay on time and fulfils basic requirements to run an App like we was providing you. We started your project with a good faith and for the MVP that we agreed on a list of features we given the end product which was ready to deploy on the Play Store, which was deployed after lots of changes which we feel that should not be asked for additional cost. After getting too much addition and explaining properly that these are way out of our estimated time and cost limited. We provided you best support via Calls, WhatsApp/Skype Chat/Call and other project management tools. We have provided you 100% support from us, but rather then finding a way for paying extra or keeping them for next version as those are big modules that are not discussed initially too. We would love to support and stay on the suggested timeframe and budget but we too have limitations as you know its mobile application development on demand.
