It was made possible by Janet Carney, who made sure to put the name OTB Marketing into every conversation she has with a business owner. It was made into a company by Tommy Carney, who gave it a purpose and a brand to be proud of. It continues to grow thanks to every other Carney, who continue to provide support and inspiration.
