Our collaboration with Haas started in 2017 when we staffed our specialists to help the company quickly develop an end-to-end solution to improve its service workflow and provide an outstanding customer experience. Our remote team addressed issues with existing products to meet users' demands, build a new solution to enhance service, and maintain the client's software.

Hotel4Box is an international package forwarding service that enables customers to shop from U.S. online stores and have their purchases delivered worldwide. By providing users with personalized U.S. mailing addresses, Hotel4Box facilitates the receipt, consolidation, and international shipping of packages to the customer's doorstep or designated pick-up point.

Key Features: Personal U.S. Address: Upon registration, users receive a unique mailbox number associated with

Hotel4Box's U.S. facilities, allowing them to shop from any U.S. online retailer.

Package Consolidation: Customers can combine multiple orders into a single shipment, reducing shipping costs. Additionally, they have the option to split orders into multiple parcels if desired.

Global Shipping: Hotel4Borous countries, ensuring international shoppers can access U.S. products with ease.

Tracking and Notifications: The platform offers package tracking and timely notifications, keeping customers informed about their shipment status.

Additional Services: Userices such as package splitting, combining, returns, and payments through the platform.

How It Works:

Registration: Sign up on the Hotel4Box website to receive a unique mailbox number and U.S. shipping address.

Shopping: Purchase items from U.S. online stores, using the provided Hotel4Box address as the shipping destination.

Order Entry: Log into your Hotel4Box account and enter the details of your purchases to facilitate processing.

Package Processing: Once Hotel4Box receives your packages, they verify the contents, consolidate shipments if requested, and prepare them for international shipping.

Payment and Shipping: Pay the shipping invoice through the platform, after which Hotel4Box dispatches your consolidated package to your international address.

Delivery: Receive your purchases at your doorstep or a design in your country. Hotel4Box aims to simplify international shopping by providing a seamless package forwarding service from the U.S. to customers.

Onix built a social entertainment ecosystem, improving its codebase, building new streaming features, integrating crypto wallets, and delivering a scalable platform that now serves 100M+ users. After the refactoring, scaling, optimization, and rollout of new functionality, Chingari achieved:

A travel platform, giving agencies powerful management tools and travelers a seamless way to browse and book tours. We created:

- an admin interface that allows Tyrhal’s team to onboard agencies, verify their credibility, manage global settings, view cross-agency analytics.

- a dedicated web dashboard that allows agencies to manage every aspect of their business.

- iOS and Android apps that allow travelers to explore curated packages, filter by destination or budget, read verified reviews, save favorites, and book with secure payments.

- a reliable booking mechanism that allows travelers to book instantly, pay securely, and receive confirmations once the agency approves their booking.

- an architecture that keeps agency data strictly separated, supports seasonal traffic spikes, and allows the business to expand without significant rework.

The idea for AI Chef started when the client noticed how challenging meal planning could be for people with busy lives or specific dietary needs.

As a result, we helped our client transform meal planning into a seamless and personalized experience, offering users an intuitive platform to create, organize, and optimize their culinary creations.

Integrating AI-powered recommendations, real-time nutritional analysis, and an organized user dashboard enhanced user engagement and satisfaction.

Our client came to Onix with a well-defined product vision, a deep understanding of their business processes, and a clear picture of a reliable, scalable, and secure CRM platform. After the system launch, the client saw measurable improvements across the business: - order processing time reduced from up to two weeks to a maximum of 48 hours - significantly lower manual workload - improved data visibility and control - stronger customer relationships through faster and more predictable service. Most importantly, the platform fully reflects the client’s original product vision — now supported by a stable, scalable, and modern technical foundation.

The Onix team was approached by a client who had an existing mobile application for online golf coaching. However, the app's architecture could have been more conducive to further development and scalability. The client faced usability issues and limitations in scaling the business. Recognizing the potential of online golf coaching, the client sought to revamp the application to provide a well-structured platform for golfers and coaches.

EdPlus is one of Onix’s many experiences in educational technology (EdTech) software development. Modern electronic devices, software, and media play an increasingly important role in the communication of knowledge and learning. Educational technology (ed-tech or EdTech) encompasses several domains, including online learning, mobile learning (m-learning), and other forms of distance education, as well as the development of relevant hardware, software, and applications.

Phlex is an innovative solution to track swimming workouts This case study highlights how the Onix sports app development team assisted our client in implementing cutting-edge technology to improve swimmers’ awareness and engagement and provide effective swimming tracking.

PhotoWhy combines the features of a social network and a peer-to-peer learning app for photographers. With the mobile app, photographers can share their shots with the community and easily reach out to the best photographers in the world. Onix’s team joined the project when the client had already developed a list of requirements and the visual design. We suggested several major changes to the design and functionality and thus, convinced him that we had relevant experience, skills and processes to build a peer-to-peer learning marketplace. Technical Solutions: Onix developed and implemented all the app’s infrastructure and helped a social media platform evolve into an educational marketplace. During the development, we foresaw the problem of using inappropriate content on the platform. To mitigate this risk, we implemented image recognition at the uploading stage. Also, we used CDN delivery from S3 bucket to speed up photos loading. The customer approached Onix with a simple short-term task of fixing bugs on a website. But as Onix team began to work on Adoric, we learned more about this marketing tool and together with the customer came to a decision of rebuilding the website from scratch. Adoric allows creating and easily managing marketing campaigns on the website, where no coding skills are required. It consists of two tools combined into one marketing system - an editor that creates lightboxes and an extensive analytics system that reflects marketing efficiency (conversions). We have created a drag-and-drop editor, using Vanilla JS. To build a super-fast and easy-scalable system, we used MongoDB and Node.js. With these technologies, our team was able to refuse from using any frameworks and this made the system very fast. As a result, it allows the system’s REST API on the server to provide instant responses. The project continues to grow and improve in order to offer more useful marketing features to customers of Adoric.

The James Smith Academy is a unique online training platform built on the method of a famous fitness coach and author James Smith. JSA provides members with all the tools they need to reach and sustain their fitness goals. The app offers hundreds of educational videos, personalized exercise programs, and daily workouts led by a famous trainer. When the client reached Onix, he requested us to help with a few small tasks. But after starting our collaboration, the client was impressed by our expertise and knowledge in the sports industry, so we continued our partnership to improve the app's overall functionality and add new killer features to JSA. We devised several ideas on how this project could improve performance and user experience and started our new collaboration.

Onix developed a Shopify store with unique fitness clothes for BetterMe customers. As a result of Onix’s collaboration, our client now operates a reliable, well-performing web store that allows users to purchase branded sport and fitness products, feel comfortable during activities, and sense the spirit of the BetterMe community. At this stage, we are implementing new ideas for marketers, the provided design, and working on implementing new functionality.
