Sharepoint Online Project Review

I have been 1 month into a project related to deployment of a workflow management system through Sharepoint Online with the team of Online 24X7. So far the experience has been great: the team is responsive, diligent in their work, sincere about deliverable and deadlines. They do not back from taking a challenging project and are fairly accommodative when it comes to project scope updates. Maybe area for improvement would be to have better quality junior developers who are smart enough to understand the project requirements- I had to work closely with them to explain each and every detail twice/thrice but was not able to gain confidence on their understanding. Their commitment levels also seemed lower than the rest of the team. But overall it has been a good experience till now
