optimIT GmbH is an owner-managed IT services company based in Saarbrücken, Germany. We help small and medium-sized businesses and medical practices operate secure, reliable and well-documented IT environments.

Founded in 2009, with business roots reaching back to 1998, optimIT combines consulting, implementation and ongoing operations. Our services cover managed IT, IT strategy, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, server and network infrastructure, monitoring, patch management, backup and recovery, managed firewalls, virtualization, VoIP and end-user support.

Through our subsidiary optimIT Medical Care GmbH in Leipzig, we also support medical practices and care centers with practice IT, CGM ALBIS and TURBOMED, telematics infrastructure and healthcare-specific cybersecurity. Across the group, more than 20 specialists support over 450 customers and manage more than 2,000 systems.
