Orion Development is a small, engineering-led software studio based in Nuremberg, Germany (EU) with a remote-first team of 5 engineers across 5 countries. We build the “quiet infrastructure” that keeps businesses running: backends, admin panels, internal tools, automation, APIs, and integrations. Our work replaces spreadsheets, manual copy-paste workflows, and brittle legacy systems with clean, maintainable software that your team can rely on long-term.

We’re not an agency and we don’t do account-manager theater. Clients talk directly to the engineers who design and ship the system. We deliver in small, visible increments with real demos, predictable milestones, and full transparency (tracking, repos, documentation, monitoring). Our engineering values are simple: clean architecture, performance, maintainability, and boring reliability.

Typical engagements include operational dashboards, workflow automation, data synchronization between tools, custom admin interfaces, and modernization/hardening of existing systems.
