ORVX AI is an Australian AI integration consultancy based in Sydney, working with hospitality, retail, trades, professional services, manufacturing and allied health.

We are not a software vendor and we are not tied to any platform. Engagements begin with a full day on site, mapping every workflow, bottleneck and cost centre alongside the people who run them. From there we produce an opportunity map that ranks each automation candidate by return on investment, followed by a phased roadmap in plain English covering tools, timelines, costs and the KPIs each phase has to hit.

Implementation is delivered through our development partner network, with staff training built in and results measured monthly. Most of our work removes repetitive administration, quoting, scheduling, follow-up and data entry, so teams spend their time on the work that actually requires them.

The company was founded by Kyle Steel, who spent 20 years in national operations across Australian retail and hospitality chains including Gloria Jean's, Jamaica Blue, Muffin Break and The Athlete's Foot. The leadership team includes former senior operators from Tata Consultancy Services, Bosch and global consumer brands.
