Pacific Technology Solutions Ltd was established in 2025, but the expertise behind it isn't new. Our team has spent over 20 years delivering IT support for hospitality businesses, and we rebranded to bring that experience to a wider range of industries under one name: Pacific Technologies.

We started by solving IT for hotels: PMS integration, guest Wi-Fi that holds up at full occupancy, IPTV, VoIP, CCTV, and the kind of out-of-hours fixes hospitality can't wait until Monday for. That experience
shaped how we support every client, because if your systems can handle a busy hotel at full occupancy, they can handle most things a growing business will throw at them.
