Pocket Match is a mobile app where users/tennis players can find and signup for local tennis tournaments. Additionally, the app tracks players match history and builds them a tennis ranking within the app.

Not much to improve honestly, they nail everything. I will continue working with them in the future.

It was a little challenging, but exciting, fun, and gave me the tenacity necessary for transpired events

I had assess and reevaluate my budget, set schedule for the project completion, and hours/day that Naresh would work on the project (possibly serving other clients with their project and honor their schedule and budget too). I had to share my proposal, my goals for my non-profit, the main factor service that can better people of stratification and poverty. Once Naresh and I saw eye-to-eye. He agree to take on the project, accept the wage, and the schedule date due. Then, we were finally at the phase of sharing ideas as needed to further the progression of the project.

Charity-Infinity is a non-profitable organization with an objective to service communities, society, and the public at-large. My mission is set daily goals and fulfill them. Our objectives are to target individuals that are interested in the deeds or acts of kindness for the day. Also, I will offer my hand in helping a person or stranger on the streets in need. Furthermore, Charity-Infinity would like to partner and join with other non-profits and the ecclesiastical society making a big and positive impact on the community, providing good counsel to those in need. Also, we would love to partner with psychiatric services so that our clients receive free, professional therapy and counseling on us. We hope to form a support group if needed upon request. Furthermore, I like to have church with anyone that is interested.

A rare find! Skillful programmers with the best problem solving skills.

For our business, after working with several developers in the past, and when we found Pavans Group, it was a feeling like "finding a needle in a haystack". They are very organized internally, and I can see that based on the way they communicate & meet the timeline. We worked with the backend PHP lead developer & flutter mobile app lead developer, them and their team are the best.
All our communication is with the lead developers & they distribute the work with their team which worked great for us. I was a bit hesitant not having all the developers in the meeting, but once I got used to their model I realized there is no miscommunication.
"Like Jeff Bezos mentioned, you got to be firm with your idea, but flexible with the details" - and the devil can be in the details. There were details which can be challenging at times, and they always come up with ideas that helped us make better decisions.
Overall, it was a positive experience.

Our project is to develop a multi-seller platform for customers to order food for pickup, door delivery & shipping both domestic and international. This project requires 3 mobile apps for customer, seller & driver; and a web based platform for sellers to manage their business.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Strong programming skills with good understanding on the use case

Manage their tasks efficiently which can shorten the turn around time

Prompt updates on the tasks and very good at communicating

Well structured. Positive attitude and healthy relationship between the management and their staff

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Cost estimates can get a bit steep. It could be due to that we are very strict on our budget.

Occasional meetings with the management just to maintain that communication can be very healthy.

I have workied with Pavans Group for 5+ years and they have great expertise in Web, Mobile and UI/UX. They always take the time to understand requirements very well then do the UI/UX design. Once we approve design they will then start development. They do small additional changes without hesitation and provide good support after completion of project as well including QA testing.
