Placematic licenses, maintains, and operates the location data layer underneath
its clients' products.

The company provides geocoding, reverse geocoding, address search, routing with
commercial vehicle restrictions, territory assignment, and spatial search through
its own REST APIs. It also delivers HERE Technologies location services under a
single Placematic contract, and develops three SaaS products: UpGrid for
territory management, UpInsight for geomarketing analytics, and Pos-Eye for
store locators.

Placematic USA LLC, based in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, is the contracting and
invoicing party for all US clients. Clients never negotiate with HERE, never
receive a HERE invoice, and never need a HERE account.

Typical engagements: fleet technology and ELD platforms adding truck-compliant
routing, logistics operators who need accurate ETAs at scale, multi-location
retail networks planning expansion, and SaaS teams embedding location features
without building the data layer themselves.
