We wanted to understand how we could continue growing within a space with some very big competitors. We also wanted to understand how to potentially market a production services offering. The agency did a full digital marketing audit so we could understand competitors, how they were marketing themselves, and what was really effective/ineffective about what they were doing. They also helped us review our sales process to create a formal qualification process. In all, we had recommendations about our website, messaging, and sales operations that helped streamline our entire process.

We needed to better understand the key buyers involved in the sales process and what their motivations were for considering our software category. We also needed direction on where to head our product roadmap. PlanBeyond developed a complete interview research project that gave us a ton of insight into each unique buyer persona and their key motivations. We also ended up with definite direction for how to formulate our roadmap.
