I have limited time to develop our website, my time is better spent making high-level decisions and delegating to a competent team for execution. Powergate has fulfilled my need for this and earned my trust over the past year. Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness. Communication is at your own pace, but generally, we communicate successfully over slack. Geographically, face-to-face meetings (via zoom) are inconvenient as they work during my late evenings, but this has proven to not be an issue at all after we learned how to work with each other thru very detailed slack write-ups. Occasionally zoom calls during a late evening will be required for clarification, which is to be expected with any international dev team to collaborate anyways. How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions? I've worked with several project managers and dozens of developers on multiple different projects with Powergate.
